Child Protection

Foxrock Parish has had a fully functional Child Protection Policy since 2007, which is accompanied by a Code of Behaviour for all persons involved with children and young people. All persons who have dealings with children and young people under the auspices of the parish are required to be vetted by the Gardaí. This is a formally documented process. The priests of the parish are also subject to this requirement.

There are two trained child protection officers in the parish. They operate in this capacity on a voluntary basis. They are Mary Humphreys and Clodagh Kinsella. They can be contacted through the Parish Office. Click here to access the diocesan child protection office.
