The Bethany Bereavement Support Group is a voluntary parish based ministry to help the bereaved and grieving and help them through the process.
We visit the bereaved in their homes
We have group meetings on the 3rd monday of every month in our room in the Parish Centre at 8pm
We give one to one support when requested
We help organise an annual mass in November for those who died during in the year in the parish and invite their families.
We facilitate people who might like to attend a weekend seminar on bereavement. Many people find  this very beneficial at a stage in their grief
We  do  refresher days in training and are involved in a 12 week training course on one night weekly for future Bethany volunteers.
